We love to gossip, love to talk, and we make promises we are never going to deliver.  In life, it seems many people are comfortable talking-the-talk, but hesitate when it comes time to walk-the-walk.  Quite simply we become all bunch of talkers.

I hear it all the time from people.  They want to do this, they want to be that, but when I ask them what they are doing to make it happen, too often they shrug because they do not know what to do.  It is better to be quite and not talk about it.  Personally, I am a type of person do not like to talk about things until they are 100% sure.  I rather be busy working on things to make it happen.

If you want to become a singer, then go sing; if you want to work in marketing, get a marking job.  If you want to be a DJ, start making music.  If you want to be a leader in large company, get a job in fortune 500 and work your way up to c-level executive. All these things will only happen if you put actions behind it. The key word here is ACTION.  You can read all the books, attend all the seminars, and even blog about it. There are no handouts and things are not just going to work themselves out perfectly for you without you doing something that triggers them first.

If you really want something bad enough, then do whatever it takes to make that happen. You are not the only one with extenuating circumstances. Whatever it is, if you want it, make it happen. Practice what you preach. Don’t just talk ---walk the walk. Everything you do in life sends a message. Either people will trust you or not. It also stands of who you are.

Remember, people will judge you by your actions, not your intentions.  You may have a heart of gold –– but so does a hard-boiled egg.

"Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear." Ephesians 4:29
