A Prayer for the United States

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with humble hearts. Thank You for Your love, mercy, and faithfulness. Thank You for blessing the United States with freedom, opportunities, and many people who work hard to make this nation better. We know that every good thing comes from You, and we ask You to continue watching over our country.

Lord, please keep Your eye on the United States. We need Your help now more than ever. Our nation is facing many challenges that seem too great for us to solve alone. We ask You to guide us with Your wisdom and fill our land with Your peace.

Father, please give our leaders hearts that seek truth, justice, and honesty instead of personal power or selfish gain. Help every elected official to remember that they are servants of the people and that they are accountable to You. Give them courage to do what is right, even when it is difficult. Remove pride, greed, corruption, and dishonesty from every level of government.

Lord, protect our borders and help those who are responsible for keeping our nation safe. Give wisdom to those making decisions about immigration. We pray for laws that are fair, compassionate, and just. Protect innocent people from crime and violence, and help leaders make decisions that keep families and communities safe.

Father, we pray that those who try to abuse or take advantage of our nation's systems through fraud, corruption, or deception will be exposed. Bring everything hidden into the light. Let justice be done with fairness and truth. Protect the resources of our nation so they are used wisely and honestly for the good of the people.

Lord, we also pray for everyone who comes to this country. Help those who seek safety or a better life to follow the law and live with respect for this nation. May truth, justice, and compassion guide every decision that is made.

We ask You to bless our police officers, military members, firefighters, first responders, and everyone who works to protect our communities. Keep them safe as they serve others with courage and dedication.

Lord, strengthen families across America. Help parents raise children with faith, respect, kindness, and integrity. Turn hearts back to You. Let churches shine as lights of hope, love, and truth. May more people seek Your Word, pray faithfully, and trust in Jesus every day.

Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have turned away from You. Heal our land. Bring unity where there is division, truth where there is confusion, and hope where there is fear. Help us love our neighbors while standing firmly for what is right.

We know that You are greater than every problem. Nothing is impossible for You. We place our nation into Your loving hands. Lead us in the path of righteousness, protect our country, and let Your will be done in the United States.

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ.
